Role Purpose :
– Objective: Manage and control protection shift to meet smelter and refinery targets.
– Responsibilities: Oversee mixing, roasting, melting, and equipment in production areas.
– Standards: Ensure operations align with ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001).

Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee production areas (roasters, furnaces)
2. Enforce safety and quality standards
3. Manage shift (12-hour limit)
4. Plan for production targets
5. Issue and track maintenance needs
6. Monitor and prevent equipment breakdowns
7. Collaborate with engineering teams
8. Apply lean methods to enhance processes
