To provide technical sales support and develop tailored solutions that meet customer needs, working closely with the sales team to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and propose suitable technical solutions.
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions with clients.
• Customize solutions based on customer needs and ensure alignment with company offerings.
• Prepare technical proposals, quotations, and solution documentation.
• Support pre-sales activities, including responding to RFPs and RFIs.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, products, and technologies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal teams.
• Provide post-sales support during implementation and troubleshooting processes.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering or a related field.
• 1–5 years of experience in technical sales or pre-sales engineering roles.
• Strong understanding of solution-based selling and customer needs analysis.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Thai and English.
• TOEIC score of 600 or above is a plus.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Experience in chemical processes is a plus.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and own a car.
